 Overview

This workshop, jointly organised by the Department of Statistics and Applied Probability, Institute for Mathematical Sciences, NUS and Indian Statistical Institute aims at forging closer ties among the institutes involved. The goal is to facilitate the exchange of scientific information leading to joint research projects and publications by the staff members and the exchange of research personnel, graduate students and post doctoral fellows, among others. We hope that this workshop would encourage collaboration among the like-minded researchers in the region and would lead to many such meetings on subjects of mutual interest.
