REGISTRATION

Important Information
-	All rates below are quoted in Singapore currency (SGD) and include taxes. For reference, USD1 is approximately SGD1.50.
-	Participants who register with Student rates must submit a copy of official status letter/ID during registration, and present the same document at the Congress for verification purpose.
-	The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant: admission to all talks; one conference bag (including program book conference materials); admission to both evening receptions; all buffet lunches and coffee breaks as per Congress program; one afternoon excursion.
-	There is no concessionary registration fee for partial attendance.
-	The cost of Congress Banquet is not included in the registration fee.
-	The Congress Banquet is a Chinese 8-course dinner but options (Halal or Vegetarian) are available. Please indicate the preference during registration.
-	Partial refund of registration fee (less SGD50) will be provided for cancellation on or before 15 June 2008; no refund will be accorded for cancellation after 15 June 2008.
-	BS/IMS member = Current member of the Bernoulli Society / Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
-	Registration will only be confirmed upon full payment.
-	Receipts will be issued at the Congress.
-	Please register online. Online registration is available until 6 July 2008. Thereafter, only manual registration forms will be accepted.
-	On-site registration is available during the Congress. Only payment by cash (Singapore currency) will be accepted.
Payment Instructions
-	For online registration done on or before 15 June 2008, registration fee may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX Credit Card, AMEX Charge Card or bank draft/cashier’s order.
-	For online registration done on or after 16 June 2008, registration fee may only be paid by Visa or MasterCard, AMEX Credit Card or AMEX Charge Card.
-	For payment by bank draft/cashier’s order, please ensure the following:
	>	The bank draft/cashier’s order must be made payable to “National University of Singapore”; and
	>	The amount must be in Singapore currency (SGD); and
	>	The bank draft/cashier’s order must be drawn on a bank in Singapore; and
	>	The bank draft/cashier’s order must reach the Local Organizing Committee by post within 3 weeks from the date of registration.
	>	Please write your registered name and institution behind the bank draft/cashier’s order.
